I have learnt First Aid since the age of 16 through the Leisure Industry whilst being a lifeguard. I progressed from Lifeguard to Manager over the years whilst studying Leisure Management at Bucks University which helped hugely to learn customer service skills and how to run a team/ operation. Whilst still completing First Aid courses within my job role I started to teach First Aid within the Leisure Centres and soon offered these services externally as a part time business. As the business grew I left the Leisure Industry to operate NDA First Aid full time ( 13 years ago) teaching all over the country to all different industries. In the past 7 - 8 years I still teach but do more of the business development to enable the business to grow. Its very hard working in your business and on your business so I made the decision to work on it when my first son Rico was born. This allowed me to be more flexible also with his requirements as apposed to spending all my time all over the place travelling and delivering courses.We now have over 100 Instructors Nationwide delivering courses for us on a daily basis in First Aid, Health and Safety, Water Safety and more. We are constantly increasing our portfolio of qualifications, customers and instructors to meet demand.
