Being a duty manager at Oakley, my main responsibility is making sure all KPI'S and financial targets set by the CEO and Store Manager are met by all staff members and customer satisfaction is achieved with every customer that walks through our doors. Regular reviews and staff performances are reviewed weekly to ensure all standards are met and ALL concerns from customers and staff members are dealt with in a quick and effective manner. Other tasks include; leading the shop floor by motivation and authority, delegating tasks, staff training to ensure that all staff have the right knowledge to meet the customer's personal needs, visual merchandising, transferring of stock to website and warehouse on a daily basis and completing necessary paperwork. Customer and staff safety is also a priority as well as regular financial banking throughout the day ensuring all takings and figures are correct.
