I have 15 years experience in the motor trade and have enjoyed many years among the top performers for sales at Dick Lovett MINI and Jaguar Land Rover.My current role as Finance Professional at Dick Lovett JLR involves working with clients to offer regulated finance and insurance products in a consultative and non-advisory capacity, while adhering to FCA regulations, and in a manner that is clear, fair and not misleading. I am responsible for liaising with a number of funding providers to gain acceptance, and appeal declines on behalf of clients, as well as administering new and ongoing agreements.I work closely with my sales team to offer coaching on best practice in the ever-changing regulated sales landscape, while imparting my knowledge and experience.I have previously completed BMW MINIs intensive 2 week Business Manager course, and more recently JLR Finance Professional Programme.
