Transitioned into the role of Operations Support Manager, where my primary focus lay in fostering growth and operational enhancements across the Group. Key responsibilities included system integration and process alignment, development of procedures and training documentation, coordination with our supplier and specialist service partners, and spearheading various projects that contribute to the Group's growth.In 2023, I embraced a new challenge, moving into a Sales and Strategy role within RQC Group. This role allows me to utilize my diverse professional experience to drive growth and strategic direction, all while continuing to uphold our high standards of service delivery.Simultaneously, in an exciting turn of events, I have taken the reins of Baker FM Pty Ltd once more. With a renewed focus on strategic direction and team building, I'm eager to lead the company into a prosperous future.
