ADMA OPCO is the offshore production subsidiary of ADNOC, the state oil company of Abu Dhabi. Seconded from Total to support the execution of US$22 Billion of projects within the ADMA portfolio, as a shareholder representative.● Development of governance processes covering the major projects. This included the framing of a Peer Review process describing activities and deliverables at all stage of the value chain and used as a key decision making tool in the gated assurance process. ● Development of internal project audit/review processes and execution of audits.● Supporting the project management teams in terms of organisation and strategy and encouraging Project Management best practices to be adopted across the PM organisation.● Production of development and training programmes/training courses aimed at enhancing the skills of young high potential UAE nationals as part of the Nationalisation programme.● Run training sessions with Project Teams concerning Value Assurance and Management of Change processes● Leading a major ADNOC driven programme of work with the objective of re-defining and re-organising the Project Management and execution of capital investments within all 8 of ADNOC’s operating subsidiaries covering E&P, midstream, downstream and chemicals. This work is integral to ADNOC’s 2030 Long term development vision.

2009- 2012 DOLPHIN ENERGY Ltd, Qatar Sub Sea Asset Manager (seconded from Total)● Tasked with forming a new team to manage the integrity of the subsea assets of Dolphin energy. In particular the inspection and maintenance of the pipelines and structures.● Lead the development of a fully functional Emergency Pipeline Repair System (EPRS). Including the development of intelligent isolation tools and the acquisition of all the equipment required to enable a substantive repair of the pipelines.● Project manager for the construction of the Dolphin liquid sulphur tie-in project.● Represent Dolphin on the Management Committees for common facilities located at RLIC, including CLPG, CSP and CLSC.● Manage the process of agreement with Third Party Operators’s for the crossing or work local to Dolphin assets.

Dolphin Energy Ltd has developed a US$4.5 Billion inter country gas production, processing and sales network. Based in Qatar and supplying 2.2 Bcf/d gas to the UAE and Oman.● The project involves daily production of around 500K boe. The main project driver being to supply gas to the UAE, however, it also produces large quantities of Propane, Butane and Ethane as well as Condensate and Sulphur.● Reporting to the VP Projects covering all the Dolphin Upstream and Midstream EPC contracts, including 2 No. wellhead platforms, 2 No 36” sea lines, 2.2 Bcf/d gas process plant and 360 km 48” gas export line between Qatar and the UAE.● Principle role was to ensure that each element of the project communicated effectively at the interface boundaries and delivered its sub project on time and to budget.● Supplied contractual solutions to technical and commercial issues in an environment significantly impacted by a large number of very large developments that had a major impact on resource availability.● Involved in the daily management of all the EPC contractors, as well as troubleshooting performance issues across all the contracts.● As project sponsor, developed a subsidiary project to expand and then share facilities with other operators benefiting Dolphin in terms of available storage and loading facilities for LS condensate. These involved the commercial negotiations with partners and assembly of a DEL management team to scope and then execute FEED and EPC contracts.● Provided focused project and commercial support to all the project areas and the Dolphin Commercial group, based in Abu Dhabi.● Negotiation of performance related variations with EPC contractors to enhance project delivery.● Experienced managing large complex multi ethnic contractors and staff in a challenging environment

2003 – 2005 TOTAL SA AKPO FPSO Topside ManagerAKPO is a deep offshore Nigerian project founded on a field development in approximately 1300 meters seawater with some 36 wells, SCR’s an FPSO and loading buoy rated at a throughput of 185K BBL/d and 150 MM scf/d of gas for export via pipeline to Bonny LNG. Total investment in the order of US$4.5 Billion● Joined the project for FEED and responsible for the topsides process design and the scoping of the EPC contract for a 310 Metre FPSO.● This included some 40,000 tonnes of process and utilities equipment. With particular emphasis on Power generation (>120MW), multiple gas compressor trains and water injection pumps.● During FEED and Basic assumed the role of Engineering manager in addition to the Topside managers role.● Managed the Basic engineering content of some 120,000 man-hours (entire project scope).● Total supervisory team of 25 engineers and in excess of 100 contractor engineers.● Developed the contractual strategy and thence led team in preparation of contract documents, tendering and award for assignable LLI’s (power generation, water injection trains and gas compression trains) along with the FPSO EPC.● Managed the FPSO tender, evaluation and ultimately the award and commencement (mobilization) of the FPSO EPC Contractor and assignment of all LLIs

Senior Project Engineer – ME, Africa, FSUWorking within Total’s Central Projects Division in Paris with responsibility for Middle East, Africa, FSU zones, supporting existing or new projects acting as an internal consultant. In particular worked on:● The evaluation and award of EPC Contracts for the Kharyaga onshore oilfield in the Nenets region of Russia.● Evaluation and project reviews of partner proposals for field development; Angola LNG, Angostura (offshore Trinidad) etc. Preparation of group recommendations for non-operated asset investment (COMEX/FID).● Preparation of bid packages for Basic Engineering● Internal project audits, delivering recommendations on performance enhancement for distressed projects. ● Preparation of standardised EPC contract formats to be applied by Group projects covering wellhead and process platforms, onshore gas plants and pipelines.● Execution of due diligence process for acquisition of assets (EG Total interest in the BTC Pipeline)● Working with Total SA head office pre-projects group looking at the conceptual development of investment opportunities.● Member of owners TechCom covering projects such as Kashagan, Angostura and others.

Upstream Project Engineering ManagerSincor was a JV Operating Company formed between Total, Statoil and PdVSA with the intent of exploiting Venezuela’s extensive EHO in the Orinoco belt. It involved an onshore field development capable of extracting 210K BBl’s of EHO, basic processing and export via shared pipeline around 200KM to an up-grader located on the Caribbean coast; Total investment of around US$4 Billion of which US$720 was for the upstream field facilities. ● Total SA were acting as the technical lead for the project and the role involved the management of the Upstream Project engineering design from Basic through detailed preparation of EPC contracts, EPC execution and construction management.● Due to the nature of the development and limited experience with EHO a highly flexible and pragmatic approach was required. ● The development included main process station located in a Greenfield site with extensive environmental protection issues, design and construction of 36 well pads, approximately 100+ km of roads, 100s km’s of HV electrical distribution and multiple product gathering lines and Naphtha distribution lines.● Each well pad involved up to 18 wells with submersible pumps and VF drives along with a single or twin combination of multi-phase pumps. ● The role involved the management of a team of 25-30 owner engineers and up to 250 Contractor engineers as well as the development of innovative MFP solutions for gathering diluted product.Key challenges in the role included the coaching and mentoring of junior staff as well as managing in a multi-cultural environment.

Appointed to the position of Sub Sea Projects Manager within Total’s Projects Division.Responsible for the management of Sub Sea Projects form the point of sanction to hand-over to the operations group, including all design, contractual and installation issues.The role builds upon the work carried out in the previous function leading to the establishment of a Dunbar South EPS (Early Production System) Project team. Including the conceptual design and scope development and preparation of a Statement of Requirements defining the projects technical and commercial boundaries.The role also involved assistance to both the New Business group and the Non-Operated assets group regarding new opportunities and assessment of development options, execution of feasibility studies and verification of partner project schemes.

Managing a diverse group of professional engineers and technicians comprising Pipeline, Sub Sea and Inspection engineers as well as a Marine operations and Survey group.The group, positioned within the Technical Services Division, was responsible for the design, planning and execution of all of Total UK subsea inspection activities for three jackets, thirteen pipelines (~1000 km) and seven subsea wells. The group was also tasked with carrying out all subsea interventions on defective equipment.Major works carried out during the period included:● Repair of a damaged subsea wellhead sealing face. Involving the design and manufacture of a custom built machine tool operated by divers● Design, procurement and installation of the world’s first steel cored replacement umbilical (~10 km long) for Methanol service on the Ellon subsea field. ● Subsea in-situ Christmas tree strip down and rebuild to repair a major gas leak.● The recovery, shipment onshore and repair of a 60 tonne subsea manifold from the Ellon field.● Technical study for the Dunbar South EPS leading to the preparation of the FID dossier and ultimately to the establishment of the project team for the execution of the project.● Execution of the technical study leading to the establishment of a project team to manage the ALE (Alwyn Liquid Export) line.● Development of an autonomous tool for use on the Frigg system to enable valve replacement operations to be carried out without the need to de-pressurise the pipeline.
