Primarily responsible for establishing, monitoring and executing project plans that involve data management of Operations Maintenance, Real Property, and Engineering CADD Support. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure that all projects are completed within a timely manner and to the expectations of the customer. Coordinate with customers, employees and sub-contractors to discuss project status, changes and solutions. Responsible for hiring, organizing and motivating teams to accomplish project goals. Coordinating employee security training, GFEBS training, and job skills training to ensure contract obligations are met. Responsible for meeting with employees to discuss concerns, timeliness and perform corrective action when necessary. Develop strategies that best utilize employee strengths to meet and exceed project deliverables and conduct annual performance reviews. Responsible for the tracking and maintaining of all project documentation (project plans, action items, time-lines, projections, deliverables, meeting minutes, etc.) and provide weekly, monthly, and yearly Project Status Reports. Organize weekly meetings with Team Leads to discuss workflow strategies, deliverable time-lines and drive overall program improvements.

Responsible for customer relations working as a liaison between the customer and vendor. Responsible for team leading (Sales Techs, Engineers, Operations and Outside Suppliers) to solve and execute maintenance related operations. Provides onsite training and demonstrations of various products and their functions. Participates and coordinates safety programs and practices. I assign and explain work requirements and operation instructions to subordinates and set deadlines and establish the sequence of work operations to be followed. Experience in troubleshooting of process applications and the development of cost effective solutions. Experience in extensive planning, coordination, evaluating and purchasing of materials that specifically address the work requested and material from conceptualization to implementation. Responsible for purchasing, quoting, shipping, receiving, expediting and documentation of business sales. Knowledge in business management software for purchasing, tracking and recording of customer salesExpertise in steam, water and heating process with knowledge in steam trapping, heat exchangers, boilers, piping, pumps, heat trace, controls, high pressure steam and condensate systems. Expertise in operating steam trap management software and testing equipment. Experience in gathering data and generating reports for specific customer PM programs. Expertise and experience in the installation and repair of process equipment. Expertise in the drawing of schematics of custom process equipment to meet customer expectations. Advanced computer, Microsoft office, CADD, Micro-station, business and customer relation skills. Knowledge in applying principles and calculations relative to temperature, pressure, flow, torque and the composition of materials.
