Oversees, maintains, and develops GIS websites hosted by Center County. Maintains the GIS software on computers and servers as well as specific projects, tools, and applications for Departments within Centre County Government.Responsible for the maintenance of 911 CAD files, response box zones, and other miscellaneous layers and applications for 911.Also assist with the maintenance of Clean and Green application by use of models. Also implemented the use of GPS coordinates on subdivision plans by working with the Centre County Planning Department, Centre County Tax Assessment Department, and local surveyors. This has been invaluable in helping Tax Assessment staff accurately map parcels.Develops and maintains GIS layers for multiple departments within Centre County such as EMA, Planning, Conservation, Elections, and Voter Registration.Successfully deployed the use of ArcGIS Collector and Survey 123 in conjunction with Trimble GPS units to effectively and efficiently capture data in the field.
