Responsible for a team of 5 qualified Analysts and their respective areas:* Subscription and hardware revenue (over £5bn of consumer revenue): budgeting & forecasting, revenue reporting & optimisation, internal and external reporting of metrics and KPIs (such as company ARPU etc)* Discounts to subscription revenue: tracking TV offer usage, mix and financial implications across sales, upgrades and retention and through our entire spectrum of subscription products & premiums* Consolidation of Sales & Marketing Group (including all revenues and c£1bn of cost): key point of contact to senior staff, preparation of consolidated budgets and forecasts and the subsequent presentation documents to the CEO/CFO, ownership of full month end process across 7 separate Finance teams and relationship with the Group Finance function* BSkyB customers and products reporting: responsibility for budgeting/forecasting, monthly reporting and scenario/ad-hoc analysis through to quarterly external reporting of our subscriber metrics & KPIs.* Sales & Marketing Group '5 Year Plan': Building our medium to long term strategy and its presentation to senior staff.* Strategy & Insight: Business partnering with the BSkyB Insight team of c50 heads and responsibility for the subsequent operating and headcount budgets, assisting & challenging the business with building of annual budget, month end, efficiency projects & other ad hoc deals and strategy decisions.Non Core:* Chair of the Graduate Rotation Committee (Aug 12 – present), responsible for heading a group of FC’s, ensuring that graduates get the right level of experience and development to become high performing financial analysts.* Featured on workforsky youtube channel (see link below)

Customer Group Five Year Plan.Financial planning and analysis role, working on the Group's five year forecast. Analysis of current projects and their continuing impact on the Group's operations.Majority of customers are senior members of the Sky Finance team.

Financial Analyst within the Corporate Costs team, looking after a number of different departments within the business. Commercial facing role with a lot of time spent with non Finance minded people from various areas of the business.Responsibilities include budgeting & forecasting, management reporting and dealing with numerous other ad hoc requests from both Group Finance and the commercial business teams.
