Managing the day to day mobile response operation across 3 branches, dealing with customers and a team of 6 support managers and 3 shift supervisors who in Turn manage the team of officers across the regions

Managing a team of guards covering multiple sites across two regions, whilst providing a safe and secure working environment for all team members and customers.Provide current and prospective guards with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.Plan and conduct new employee induction and training.To action out of hours surveillance where appropriate as directed by LPI.Provide on going training in accordance with company procedures.Liaise with store Management teams and other Retail partnerships regularly to ensure good communication links.Manage schedules, absences, holidays and hours worked on daily basis.Manage all KPI's set ensuring my team is motivated to help achieve these.To action audits where necessary, as directed by the LPI.
