We consistently act as Project Managers and Employers Representatives for Clients engaged in the construction process, ensuring you have a safe pair of hands to manage projects for you.We have considerable experience of undertaking the Contract Administrator or Employers Agent role under your Contract and have in house trained staff to act as Principal Designer where required.Over the 30 plus years of experience I have in the industry, I have attained the qualifications of:Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb);Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS); Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB); MSc Degree from the University of Salford;CPR 35 RICS qualified Expert Witness;RICS Level 5 Post Graduate Diploma in Adjudication;Working in commercial, healthcare, financial and education sectors, my experience covers all sectors across the construction industry from new build and refurbishment to interior fit out, where I’ve undertaken the Project Management function in numerous Category A, B and turnkey projects.Acting diligently on behalf of clients and end users is the core of the business, striving to deliver projects to the highest standard.
