At Robiquity, I apply my decade of automation experience to enable multiple teams to deploy AI and automation solutions, using the best tool for the job. This ranges from simple desktop automation with Power Automate or UiPath, through to AI solutions utilising Azure AI for both private and public sector clients. I also lead the AI practice, providing advice and support for anyone within Robiquity who is thinking of providing an AI solution to a client. I continue to stay hands-on, writing code, creating automation, deploying infrastructure, and staying up to date with the fast-paced development of AI.As a contractor, I thrived whilst being the sole automation expert for businesses who needed support with their automation programmes. I enabled a client's automation team to go from struggling to support two processes, to winning an industry award for best use of automation.During my time at Accenture, I played a key role in both sales and delivery. In sales, I designed and built technical demos tailored to the client showcasing the capability of intelligent automation, demonstrating these to various levels within potential clients, answering questions on the capability, and taking feedback from C-suite members of both clients and Accenture to refine and improve the product accordingly. In delivery, I both personally built, and led teams to build processes, maintain them over time, as well as consulting on CoE implementation. I have designed, built or reviewed over 70 automation processes for various different clients, created documentation, as well as coached other developers to improve their automation skills. I love working with the latest technology, learning new and innovative ways of solving problems. I constantly develop small projects in my personal time, most recently a finance CLI and web app, written in Typescript, using a nodejs backend to power an API, a vuejs frontend, and python to power the CLI interface. This allows me to combine transactions from various institutions, standardise the format, and present them in a single view.
