Project: Sustainable fleet management & design of engineering workshop.The municipality of Súdwest-Fryslân has set a goal to make her fleet more environmentally sustainable. Within a context of moving her operational center towards a new location, fleet development has a direct impact on the required design of the engineering workshop that services the highly diverse range of vehicles.Project scope:- Research, analyse and consult on long-term developments concerning fleet sustainability.- Translate impact of fleet developments on the engineering workshop in terms of required hardware and human capital (skillset).- Design high-level floorpan of new workshop & determine program requirements for construction phase in very close collaboration with the operational team.

CS2.0 is a change program within KLMs' Engineering & Maintenance department. It is focused on optimizing the supply chain (delivery and maintenance of aircraft components) servicing about 50 airlines world wide.My role as project lead within the wider program of CS2.0 entailed optimizing a joint KLM & Boeing program in which both customers from KLM and Boeing are being serviced.Project scope:- Short-term: move of the logistic operation towards a new building.- Long-term: high-level design of future state logistic operation, incl. IT requirements.- Stakeholder management: Boeing AMS, Boeing NL and Boeing Seattle HQ.- Facilitating decision-making.

24 / 7 responsibility for all operations within these three departments, e.g. including the following:- Responsible for 80fte - 110 fte (depending on the season);- Absenteeism- and reintegration trajectory;- Budget-monitoring;- Designing and implementing both short- and long-term proposals to improve operations;- Coaching of teamleaders, assistant teamleaders and their teams;- Enabling the workforce and -process according to regulations of: HACCP, HSSE, ISO;- Implementation of LEAN: 5S.
