Looking Glass is the leading Experiential Space expert in the UK. Working with ATL and BTL agencies Looking Glass plan and buy experiential marketing campaigns within environments including shopping malls, train stations, iconic national landmarks and many more. As Head of Sales and General Manager I oversaw the day to day running of the business, reported to the owners and directors and managed a team of ten sales, operations and marketing staff.

Managing the sales team at Confero, alongside the Directors I implemented the agreed sales strategy, developed and grew new sales channels and oversaw the relationships with OOH specialists and media agencies.

Confero provide media opportunities within high street and online fashion retailers, including Miss Selfridge, Topman, Oasis, Dorothy Perkins and ASOS – formats include in-store media placement, in-store and online product sampling, brand partnerships and social media activation. Selling across the full Confero portfolio, I was responsible for developing new business with agencies and clients, and building and maintaining existing relationships. Main categories include FMCG (specifically Health & Beauty and Confectionary), Mobile and Entertainment.

Based at Mindshare since 2005 I planned and bought OOH campaigns for American Express, Three Mobile, LG, Motorola, HSBC, Egyptian Tourist Authority, Zurich and all brands under the Unilever umbrella, a direct appointment that I worked on for 6 years. I managed a team, was involved with new business pitches and raised the profile of OOH within one of the largest UK media agencies.
