Lead a project to reduce administrative impacts on agencies through the coordination of two separate review activities by two different branches across more than 50 locations. Lead a project which included research, analysis and negotiation across 7 Branches, culminating in the coordination and consolidation of software licence management and increased potential for both cost avoidance and cost savings. Performed liaison function with umbrella organizations as part of monitoring and supporting service provision in the context of COVID-19. Provided analysis and advice to support Branch efforts related to managing Residential Service delivery.

I lead various projects for East Region. One project included the development of strategic responses to service providers who were experiencing viability issues; and challenges complying to new regulatory requirements due to costs and static funding. I also undertook a research project that included collecting and analyzing information from service providers to inform service system management across the region. I reviewed, summarized and presented information as it pertained to private versus non-profit residential service providers. I lead a project in which I researched, analyzed negotiated and built consensus across five regional offices and one corporate office. This project culminated in the successful decentralization of contract management from one corporate office to five regional office for a provincial program. I represented the region on an inter-regional working group focussed on Business Intelligence in which we promoted the use of data to inform decision making and built partnerships with other branches to expand data access.

I lead a team that works across multiple branches and divisions to support the implementation of new or improved initiatives, and to develop strategic information and proposals to support decision making. I lead the development of a fund to mitigate service access challenges for Violence Against Women agencies serving rural and remote areas. I provided leadership to staff who developed business processes and guidelines for a major case management information system, and who developed guidelines to support support new program directions. My team coordinated engagement, guideline development and reporting activities associated with the transition away from sheltered workshops towards more inclusive alternatives. I regularly engage with senior Ministry staff, and in addition presenting to and consult with stakeholders. My team develops engagement strategies and project plans to support system changes and the introduction of new initiatives. I lead the development of investment strategies and support associated decision making and engagements.

I lead a team of senior, intermediate level and administrative staff to manage transfer payment programs pertaining to Developmental Services (DS) in South Eastern Ontario. I supported the DS transformation initiative and Transfer Payment Accountability through effective leadership, communication and engagement of staff. The senior staff reporting to regularly liaised with Executive Directors and Boards of Directors for just under 40 Transfer Payment Agencies. I worked collaboratively with other units within the office, with other Community Program Managers across the province, and with Corporate Managers and staff. I worked with the local Regional Management Team colleagues to manage our resources and to support Regional Operations. I am currently on secondment in Toronto at a Corporate Branch.

I lead a diverse team to provide financial, controllership, administrative functions and general support for the Regional Office. I strategically restructured teams and re-engineered business processes to maximize our contributions and efficiency, and to manage resource reductions. I provided strategic advice to Regional Management Team (RMT) and Regional Office colleagues. I lead the development of our operational budgets for RMT approval. I regularly liaised with counterparts in other regions and with corporate colleagues to support operational objectives.

Lead a team of Senior Analysts that reviewed resource proposals from portfolio Ministries, consulted subject matter experts across Central Agencies, and engaged client Ministry to complete business case analysis and formulate strategic advice. Presented proposals and recommendations to senior Ministry officials and to the Ministers comprising Management Board.
