Being an entrepreneur and a self-starter, Nick has helped take over operations of struggling organizations as well as build companies from the ground up. His skills are self-taught and wide-reaching, ranging from client management to coding.Nick Beyer was, most recently, the VP of Marketing at Quontic, a disruptive, digitally-focused, federally chartered bank doing business in all 50 states. Brought in at an inflection point in Quontic's vision, Nick was tasked with rebranding and re-engineering Quontic Bank into a forward-thinking digital bank. Responsibilities have included building a new social presence, rebuilding CRM/data management practices, brand creation, developing a new bank website and wholesale site, and building out a national sales team digital asset management platform. With the help of Nick's leadership, Quontic grew its retail deposits by 261% to $200 million in 2019. Nick began his career building a start-up, EON Performance (EON), while in college at the University of Indianapolis. EON was created out of Nick's own personal experience with the issues that plague nearly every collegiate athlete in their career, injuries. EON was a software platform built to reduce injuries rates in athletics by improving communication and awareness within organizations. Nick was able to generate interest within the NCAA, universities, health insurance companies, and received signed letters of intent prior to launch. Prior to joining Quontic Bank, Nick managed client relationships at Sells Group (SG), a national marketing and technology agency with a mission to help great companies grow great customers. He worked hand in hand with the leadership team on the tracking of company progress towards quarterly/yearly goals. Sells Group was recognized as one of the fastest-growing marketing agencies in Indiana, where it was headquartered; it was also recognized on the Inc. 5,000 fastest-growing private businesses list. While at Sells Group, Nick also managed Super Service Challenge (SSC). SSC exists to transform businesses through service through a "bottom-up" focus on empowering teams to serve together and to capture and share those stories of service through video. Nick managed key partnerships with sponsors, nonprofits, companies, and service volunteers. Nick also ran SSC operations, including marketing, development, and planning.
