Nick has over 25 years experience in Telco, IT and SaaS sectors. At Vodafone he led cross functional teams and was responsible for P&L’s worth >£2bn. Financial highlights include delivering £50m of incremental in-year margin and a 300% increase in revenue for a start-up across 3 years. Nick's career has spanned both Consumer and Enterprise markets and is one of a small number who have led businesses in all customer segments, from consumer through to small business, SME, mid market, large enterprise, public sector and multi-national corporates. Nick's achievements include launching a number of transformational programmes which created 'industry firsts' in telecoms, including leading the industry in the move from volume to value based commercials and the first total communications partner programme in the UK.Nick has a passion for working in the channel and has transformed under performing sales channels into high performing teams.Nick is seen as a subject matter expert in telecoms, indirect and reseller channels and was selected on behalf of UK mobile network operators to lobby successfully in an EU Commission enquiry.Nick has also been a keynote speaker and judge at industry events and is a mentor and coach to a number of executive level professionals.Nick left the big corporate world to embark on a start-up in 2018.
