At Resultant, my passion for socially impactful technology has thrived. A few notable projects:First Responder Smart Tracking Challenge(Jan ‘22-Oct ‘23)Funded by NIST, we worked with Indiana University on an Innovation Challenge with the objective to improve indoor location tracking for first responders.The competition was comprised of 30 teams with prizes totaling in 5.6 million distributed over 5 Phases. My responsibilities encompassed video production, graphic and web design, representing the challenge at industry events, and facilitating communications between competition administration, competitors, and various stakeholders.The diverse and iterative nature of the FRST Challenge teams and solutions provided me invaluable insight into the development of technical solutions attempting to solve hard problems. AARP Experience Corps Hub(Jan ‘22-Dec ‘23)In the capacity of a project coordinator, I conducted discovery sessions with teachers across the nation and collaborated with the AARP Foundation's executive team to develop an online literacy tutoring platform for AARP members to guide young students. Compiling that amount of user feedback helped my team and I consult with the executive and engineering team on what features should be selected for development and prioritized. Balancing the needs of many different types of users was an essential skill set to develop during this process.Talent Resource Navigator, Indiana Chamber of Commerce(Jan ‘22-October '23)Beginning as a project coordinator and later transitioning to a product owner, I have been part of an exceptional engineering and design team. This project is where I cut my teeth on utilizing agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and working within a Scrum team.Indiana Association of Realtors(Oct ‘22-Present)As a project manager and UI/UX designer, I led discovery sessions with the client and worked collaboratively with developers to design a continuing education analytics dashboard.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, I sharpened my landing page optimization and website building skills, particularly with the Instapage landing page platform and WordPress. I was involved in conducting A/B testing on websites, creating marketing strategies for ad campaigns, and setting up Google Analytics.My responsibilities were to carry out A/B testing on websites to maximize conversion, design and implement marketing strategies for multiple ad campaigns, and conduct email and digital marketing initiatives.
