I leveraged Agile throughout the full SDLC, coached juniors and partnered with cross-functional stakeholders as key Technical Expert to influence decisions, secure buy-in for recommendations, conduct information security audits and rectify vulnerabilities.◼️ Transformed the legacy process for reporting on target markets and clients from a 3-month timeline to automated, real-time reporting within 11 months, currently in use in 5 pilot countries.

I was engaged to develop and manage cloud-based, reusable API solutions that integrated the core CRM with legacy internal and supplier systems. WTW required Azure infrastructure and DevOps processes to support the KYC application, I was engaged as Kubernetes/artifacts SME to design and develop the infrastructure.
