Support the day to day operations in freight rate negotiations, booking loads, keying of data, track and trace, TMS report creation. Direct communication of issues and resolution to the planning group and to the clients. Build a close relation with clients, carriers and vendor to make sure everyone is on the same page in regards to the clients supply chain needs. Work in TMS on a daily basis. Reporting variances in delivery and pickup times to the client and working with the clients and carrier to correct any issues.
