About Nick Bova

For the last 30 plus years I have been a successful sales manager with a primary focus on building channel relationships in the Business Process Automation space including Enterprise Content Management, Advanced Document Capture and Enterprise eForm solutions.Establishing channel programs, messaging, marketing plans and pricing strategies have been my strengths, while growing existing channels and building channel organizations from scratch. The channel strategy does not have to be complicated, find the right solution, build a strong team, recruit the best partners, and show them how they can make money with your solution.My success has been based on my ability to create a very open level of communication with the channel and their clients. In order to have a successful channel you must build strong relationships with your partners so that they are comfortable with you being part of the sales process with their customers, 35% of a successful channel managers day should be spent with their partners in front of their customers. This is only accomplished if you have a very open level of communication with your channel.I'm often asked "What's the most important thing in building a successful channel?" I always answer partner communication.
