Technical Design Authority for all Mulberry digital touch points, leading the management, design, development, implementation and testing of digital solutions.Responsibilities include:- Translation of the business requirements of technical solutions- Technical briefing of all projects to internal and external teams- Prioritisation of the development roadmap- Vendor selection from technical suitability- Process optimisation- Business validation of the developed solutions- Release management of the eCommerce platform- Operational support of all Digital Production systemsProjects include:- Implementation of new mobile POS solution into new flagship store- Rollout of Omni-channel program across the global platform, facilitating configurable shopping of store and warehouse stock- Continuous development of the Hybris platform, utilising both standard and custom functionality, to deliver 4 language and 10 currency sites from a single installation- Creation of bespoke applications, to enhance operational processes, deliver faster reporting and enable quicker integrations between all systems across the internal network
