Developed successful high volume, high quality cocktail program for a premier Austin restaurant. Hired, trained and mentored bar staff and servers for high end, upscale dining. Performed inventory, P&L and cost analysts.

Promoted to General Manager after a little over a year as Bar Manager. Maintained responsibility over the bar while taking on the position of General Manager. As General Manager I have overseen the hiring and training of all staff, while also overseeing the integration, implementation and usage of a new inventory and invoice tracking system (RSI) along with the introduction and operation of a new POS system (Union). During my time as General Manager I have been responsible for keeping food and drink cost within their desired parameters while also curating both the food and drink menus to stay with current dining trends. Have also led and overseen the growth and evolution of a well rounded, busy, professional and fun environment while providing the highest levels of customer service.

Was promoted from server to management assistant within the first two weeks of employment. During time as bartender gained vast amounts of knowledge in regards to craft beers, earning a Cicerone certification. Helped turn a brand new Austin hot spot into a well oiled machine that regularly does very large amounts of business. Ensured guest satisfaction through investigation and interaction. Was quickly promoted Assistant General Manager. As AGM was responsible for compiling weekly and monthly numbers reports via the Alhoa POS back end and presenting them in an easy to understand manner during weekly manager meetings. Was responsible for the creation and maintenance of the weekly schedules of the entire, large staff through the usage of scheduling software. Responsible for hiring and training of new staff members. Was responsible for the revision of training materials and the training of the trainers. Resolved conflict among a diverse group of employees through excellent communication and tact.
