Clients include Ladbrokes, Shelter, Dominos, Marie Curie, Pizza Hut, UK Barber Shops, Cash Converters and Barnardos.Investment - Advice on the sale and acquisition of retail property investments for private investors and property company clients.Development & Active Management - Identifying suitable sites and property for new build, redevelopment or refurbishment. Advice on the acquisition, identification of end users, configuration, lettings and sales. Advice on clients existing property holdings where there may be an opportunity to add value for example redevelopment, securing planning consent, re-gearing of leases, improving tenant mix, refurbishment etc.Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals - Expert advice is provided on all aspects of the rent review and lease renewal process.

In addition to Nicholas Brett & Co, I now also offer a Property Management Service in Partnership with David Bridge, trading as Shop Property Management. We act for clients managing their retail property portfolios and we hope to take a hands on role with these portfolios, constantly reviewing their performance and with our specialist retail knowledge looking for active asset management opportunities for their portfolios.
