As Chief for Hub Operations in London I lead multiple teams including Recruitment, Academy, Onboarding, Agile Coaching and People Operations in a business unit of over 20 people. These teams provide their services to the London hub, consisting of over 500 people as well as two additional business units within the Netherlands.

Leading the recruitment function for the Central, London Hub at AND Digital. In the three full quarters of 2021 since becoming Lead, I lead the team to constant improvement on QTD hiring. From 83% fulfilment in Q2, 91% in Q3 and finishing the year on 96% fulfilment of roles, totalling 186 hires from the team.In 2022 we continued on an upward trajectory, hitting 100% of hires in Q1 and 118% of anticipated hires in Q2 with significant overage due to growth. In H1 of 2022, the London Hub achieved 167 new hires, with less than 5% of those coming from direct applications.

After success at Bentalls VA, I have now moved to another under performing team from November 2013 as Sales Manager. Great club with lots of potential but plenty of work to do with an underperforming Sales Team.

Took over to run my own Sales team at an underperforming club. Within 3 months of being here my team hit their monthly target for the first time in 2013 whilst finishing top of our region of 13 clubs. We followed this good performance through into the following month, hitting target once again.
