My time with Field Pros consists of my duties as the TPA manager over the CAT and daily claims handling. I have a total of 10 supervisors and 80 desk adjusters that I oversee daily. In addition to my other responsibilities as TPA Manager I also handle escalated calls and situations with any insureds with an issue to be resolved, as well as, I communicate with insureds to explain the claims process, policy guidelines and coverages, and estimate computations as needed.
