I believe that leadership is a joint effort between the leader and a group to accomplish any task.I value hard work and honesty amongst a group. I believe leaders should be compassionate with their guidance. A leader gains their position through competence and decisive action. I strive to be a moral and upright leader.I always look to delegate to whoever is best suited for a task. In the future I see myself as a pilot flying to new places everyday. My mission is to better myself and my grades in order to be accepted one day into a mechanical engineering program!My main strengths are:1.
