Reporting into the Director of Operations, I was responsible for key projects of strategic relevance including managing a business process outsourcing project, the divestiture and carve-out of two major business units and consultative projects aimed at business and operational development and improvement. A pivotal member of the Operations leadership team, additional tasks included monthly performance meetings with the R&D, Customer Service, Engineering and Business Improvement departments focusing on continuous development. Monthly Operations division reports and presentations were compiled for the Board.

Managed key projects in the Operations, Marketing and Commercial divisions as part of the Graduate Management Programme. Using initiative, analytical and problem solving skills, each project added significant value and contributed to the bottom line. Projects included product marketing, incremental sales strategies, revenue enhancement, business turnaround, quantitative and customer base analysis, market and competitor analysis, market entry strategy, reporting, event management. Presented progress monthly to mentor, the Commercial Director.
