I reported directly to the Board and led a project that delivered organisational change across Skate Australia's executive and operational functions.This includes but is not limited to: - Working as the project lead to review, consult on and draft a new Constitution and policies- Project Management and delivery of the athlete and coach High-performance Pathway Programs- Drafting and implementation of the organisations operational plans - Development and recruitment of various committees to support the operational and governance functions

In this role, I was the strategy and project lead behind the development and delivery of the YMCA Action Sports Programs and Events portfolio nationwide.The portfolio includes the commercialisation and delivery of the following:- National professional and amateur sporting leagues for Skateboarding, Freestyle Scooter, and BMX - Train the Trainer coaching program for trainee skateboarding coaches (multiple levels)- Schools programs and coaching services for students and or teachers I led the engagement process with stakeholders and negotiated the contractual agreements across all levels of government and with schools and commercial partners.In this role, I’ve recruited, trained and employed over 40 staff to deliver the above services across Australia.

I was sought out by Københavns Kommune to help set up and launch Copenhagen’s first commercial indoor actions sports hall. My role included the development of operational practices and systems, including operational plans, staff training, program development and the facilitation of major events.
