Provides collaborative academic advisement and career exploration for current and prospective students. Utilizes data to identify, monitor, and assess students’ progress toward degree completion, implementing and evaluating appropriate interventions as needed.

To develop and perform research requiring special qualifications including independent action and decisions making. Responsible for complex research assignments requiring the development ofnew or improved techniques and procedures.

Facilitate an array of online courses related to my graduate course of study. Provide students withthe resources required for successful completion of online courses as well as provide feedback tostudents to better manage, conduct, and perform in an online classroom environment.

Plan, coordinate and direct the business management, administrative and staff services for theCollege of Science and Mathematics. Responsible for the administration of fiscal and budgetaryaffairs, personnel matters, and other administrative activities essential to the operation of thecollege which includes five departments, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and Geology, Biology,and the Coastal Studies Lab. Daily interaction with the College Dean, Associate Deans, CollegeDirectors, Department Chairs, Faculty, Staff, and Students to meet the ongoing demands of theCollege. Supervised 25 to 35 staff members.

Resolve and/or manage resolution of internal business processes, personnel issues, andbudgetary affairs of the organization while supervising 35 to 45 employees. Developed andimplemented several business processes that enhanced product support and improvedengineering development. Lead the business relationship with partners in Canada and Europe viaconference calls and site visitations in order to establish and maintain a viable and effective workingrelationship.

Provide hotline coverage and technical support to customers, dealers, agents, and supportengineers for internal and external customers with digital/multifunction network printers, printservers, and SNMP software. Resolve and/or manage resolution of technical problems includingpeer to peer and client/server networking, client and network operating systems, and applicationssoftware. Lead other RSE’s and provide product information and current technical and businessissues. Manage escalations for technical problems and serve as a focal point for the organization.Furthermore, provided guidance to RSE’s in regard to business processes, scheduling, newproduct development, future product releases, training, and be able to meet and stay within currentbusiness budget.
