CurrentRecipient of the Chief Constables Award for the successful project management of the Forces Control Room refurbishment.Overall responsibility for Hard & Soft FM including PPM for 20 police & fire buildings across Northamptonshire, including Police HQ, Fire Control and Custody.Contract Manager for Cleaning, Catering, Security, Specialist Cleaning, Consumables and Grounds Maintenance.Successful roll out of PPE during Covid to ensure continued safety of all teams including front line emergency workers.Preparation, implementation and management of projects for building works or refurbishments, delivered to schedule and within the allocated budget.Oversee the maintenance of the departmental risk register, providing updates to existing risk items and creating new risks as required. Developing practical solutions and implementing them to reduce risks. Undertake the preparation, implementation and testing of business continuity plans, fire evacuation plans etc. maintain and monitor the Area Risk Register.
