Bowman Properties was a Duluth, MN based family-owned and operated Property Management Company who owned and operated a number of properties in the Duluth area. This company also provided fee management services to a large and very diverse portfolio including apartments, town home rentals and common interest communities. While working with Bowman Proprties I provided leadership, training and took on an active mentoring role with on-site management teams. In addition, I was responsible for setting, submitting and monitoring budgets for labor, services, repairs and capital projects based on the needs of each property within the portfolio.
