Responsible for coordinating andmanaging all warehouse activities ona daily basis including the receiving,warehousing, shipping and delivery ofproduct in a manner acceptable by management, ownership and customers expectations.Manage receiving, shipping and distribution procedures by coordinating processes andlabors.Ensures safeguarding of warehouse operations by monitoring procedures and protocols.Control inventory levels and issue work orders.Maintain the appearance of the warehouse by employing aesthetics and logistics.Ensure that productivity targets are met constantly.Ensure quality and quantity of received and shipped goods.Produce periodical reports on work processes and warehouse workers.Actively monitor and process ecommerce orders.Provide customers with quick friendly compassionate service, including but not limited to tracking info, product questions, or technical support.

Other responsibilitiesinclude: Handling and organizing allmaterials to minimize damage,operating forklift equipment andperforming routine maintenanceduring down time, safely and neatlymaintaining storage areas, entry andexit points, and all high traffic avenuesof the facilities to allow forunobstructed safe passage.

Ability to perform machine set-up,process and troubleshoot injectionmolding machines, mold changes, 1stpiece start-up, as well as continuousmonitoring of quality of product andprocesses. Strong troubleshootingand problem solving abilities.
