I recently transitioned into my current role at Umuthi from Graficomp, one of the largest resellers of HP Large Format Printing Equipment in Southern Africa, where I led the Cape regional office from 2016 to 2024. My drive to streamline workflows and eliminate repetitive tasks began long before AI became widely accessible. I have extensively tested and implemented various AI tools, ranging from image generators to complex marketing engines and automation platforms. My expertise culminated in the completion of the Prompt Master AI certification, equipping me with the practical skills to leverage AI for business innovation. At Umuthi, I combine creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of how AI can enhance productivity, while maintaining the human touch.
