My primary responsibility is assisting and retaining current Season Ticket Members as a personalized customer service agent for them. My job is done successfully by providing outstanding, world-class service and by cultivating relationships with our loyal and knowledgeable Season Ticket Members. I function on a monthly touchpoint program including phone calls, emails, and in-person interaction through game day visits and exclusive member events.Some of my additional responsibilities include researching and introducing new benefit packages for our current client base as well as contributing to the efforts of our New Business Development Team by reaching out to prospective clients to develop and close new sales.

I assisted the Events Manager and Events Coordinator in coordinating and organizing staff and promotional materials for team activations throughout the community. This experience required me to utilize organizational, communicational and space-management skills, with both internal and external groups. I also developed and refined engaging, conversational and sales-directed messaging skills in this capacity of my responsibilities.As an Event Lead, I also worked with the Match Production team for all home contests, and gained extensive experience working at the National Sports Center in Blaine, TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis and Allianz Field in Midway. My primary game day responsibility was communication between the officials on the field of play and television production (both home and away productions trucks) as well as our producer for in-stadium entertainment. This aspect of my position required timeliness, communication and extreme attention to detail.

I assisted the Marketing and Events Department in the execution of community events and game day productions. At community events, I acted as an energetic and engaging point of contact between fans and the organization. Other aspects of this position included prospecting sales leads, providing excellent customer service and developing problem solving and improvisation skills. Game day responsibilities for this position included facilitating numerous fan experience packages before and after games, as well as providing customer service at information booths around the National Sports Center and TCF Bank Stadium.

I assisted the Associate Director of Athletics in many facets of the department. I worked with the season ticket sales and service process for the football and basketball programs, in total, about 200 accounts. This experience taught me valuable and relevant skills in communication, time management, customer service and sales messaging.I also assisted the athletic department with marketing and logistical preparation for the Tommie-Johnnie football game at Target Field in September 2017. Through the preparation and production of this event, I learned a great deal about corporate partners, inter-organizational communication and large-scale event production.Finally, I assisted in the preparation and execution of countless athletic contests on campus. I completed tasks including: ticket taking and money handling, field preparation, video board preparation (create static graphics) and operation, in-house audio operation, and various other tasks.
