•Photograph Automobiles, Couples, Families, Weddings, Sporting events, and Pets•Manage creative cloud suite of software and tools to edit images for color correction and a variety of factors, according to editorial guidelines•Schedule appointments with clients using online portal•Familiarity with a wide array of professional cameras, lighting gear, and other equipment•Camera Models owned/used: Nikon D850, Godox SL60IIBi, Sony A7RIV, Sony A7RV, Sigma 24-72mm f/2.8, 7Artisans 50mm f/0.95, Sony 18-105mm f/4 and many film cameras

• Assist with onboarding new associates• Manage initial client requests on site(Shipping Requests, Re-Inventory, Material Movements, Packaging Requests, Special requests)• Create SAP orders for material available in the warehouse• Track and communicate inbound loads; coordinate with warehouse personnel for trailer swaps if necessary• Escalate high priority client requests to internal teams• Monitor outbound orders for prompt delivery to warehouse.• Coordinate with warehouse team to manage the on-site mailroom for client drop offs and deliveries; ensure the client is signing for delivered mail, and that client shipping requests are being shuttled to the warehouse for shipping• Implement and manage programs to include client notification, hand off delivery/signature coordination, aging material tracking and shipment return• Ticket creation and management• Track and manage monthly spending budget• Manage support team members both existing and future state• Purchase monthly supplies for all departments as needed• Set up new vendors for specific projects or requests• Assist new associates and drivers with gaining security access to facilities• Troubleshoot systematic issues for all new employees• Assist with administrative requests• Safety & Security train all new associates

•Dispatch jobs according to customer requests, specifications or needs•Work with all American Expediting offices and local service providers to ensure the process transfer is handled efficiently thus meeting desired results of initial service request•Manage activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met:•Report wait time to customer in real time•Retrieve real time pictures of multi-shipment orders/dry ice replenishment/shipments left at residences•Process service requests within the American Expediting shipment management system, generate quote, and verify shipping documentation where applicable•Documenting quality assurance service issues, capacity issues and multi-courier commissions•Calling Independent Contractor business partners when jobs are approaching outbound and proof of delivery deadlines.•Determine response needed to deal with emergencies, accidents, and breakdowns effectively and appropriately.•Communicate Chain of Custody standards•Consult with managerial personnel to meet operational goals•Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch informationAssisted with deliveries when independent contractors were unavailable

• Work to support our Agents in our client’s processes and procedures by running training style workshops during their Nesting period.• Assist Agents in any questions given during their time in Nesting, while providing feedback on how to improve behaviors that affect KPI metrics.• Engage with our client’s customer by taking calls to assist them on the website.• Mediate within the client’s policies or the other party the customer may be engaging with, or Providing tips and feedback on how to be outstanding user within the client’s community.
