I have now been at Aston Martin Lagonda over 11 years. Over this time I have made certain that I learn everything I can about the role i am in to ensure i can take this knowledge into my next role to help the business and my colleagues. My time here has been spent in material planning and logistics. I enjoy working in this department as i work with a great team of individuals that always strive to do their best for the needs of the business under some very exciting times. I have also found that progressing in the same department has helped me understand fully the challenges involved in each role i have worked in and how they affect other people's jobs in the department. I consider myself to be a team player who works well with others and will help anyone who asks and will provide a high standard of work and commitment in my current role and I will always look to improve things for myself, my colleagues and the business. I feel I also have the knowledge to help other departments in the business with my current experience and ensure that I am an approachable individual who will always help where I can. In my role as launch coordinator i have helped successfully launch the Vantage, Vantage manual, Vantage Roadster, Vantage F1 edition, Vantage Bond edition, DBS Bond edition, AMR Rapide and V12 Speedster, Vantage V12, and DB12.
