JMI mechanical provides commercial HVAC and plumbing services including; preventative maintenance, repairs, service work, controls, build outs, projects and more. As an account manager, it is my responsibility to keep an open line of communication with and always be available to my customers to ensure all of their mechanical needs are being satisfied.

Manage LED Lighting accounts, generate new business, survey client properties to provide an Energy and Cost Saving Analysis, work with clients to create a LED lighting retrofit project that will maximize savings and generate the best possible ROI.I also work with clients from start to finish on their project to ensure complete satisfaction and a smooth transition into LED lighting. I work with Utility Companies on behalf of my clients and provide them with the appropriate paperwork to ensure they get as much of a rebate as possible and there isn't any confusion on the Utility Company's processes. I strive for complete customer satisfaction and ensure I am always available to handle all of my clients needs.

Worked in a group and a lead position on the Engineering Team managing commercial, medical, and office properties. Responsible for; HVAC - comfort/scheduling/controls, building automation, plumbing, tenant requests, budgeting, problem solving, Fire and Life Safety, information records, generator testing, contract management, vendor management, project management, vendor/tenant scheduling, air quality testing and other property management related responsibilities.

Installed residential and light commercial HVAC equipment for existing and new construction applications.
