I’m a solicitor in the International Personal Injury department of Irwin Mitchell’s London office. I predominantly act for individuals in disputes arising from catastrophic or fatal accidents in which there is a cross-jurisdictional element. I also have experience acting for foreign insurers defending claims arising from accidents in this jurisdiction.
