Working as a liaison between key Defence and Internal stakeholders and taking into account both parties requirements across the Defence JP2047 Terrestrial Communications contract.Site coordination activities to assist Telstra stakeholders, technicians and contractors gaining access to Defence site, to complete work required as part of the contract.Creating, maintaining and updating registers on detailing current and upcoming projects.Creating Site specific documents and keeping up to date records on Site access protocol, security requirements, Drug and Alcohol testing requirements, Asbestos registers, WH&S requirements and also Telstra technician personal and security information.Organising and reviewing/renewing security clearance for Telstra technicians, making sure they have adequate clearance to attend the sites.Processing of Defence Common Access Card requests for contractors and technicians.Use, maintenance and contribution to the SharePoint site. This is accessible by internal stakeholders. Due to the sensitivity of some of the material on the SharePoint site, I conduct regular audits to ensure people have the correct level of access, and remove access when no longer required.Drafting and sending of scheduled Communications to ensure all relevant stakeholders are kept up to date on all current and upcoming projects.Took the lead to champion minor projects within the team.Building and maintaining customer relationships with both Telstra and Defence staff.

Working with specific customer’s requirements across the Department of Human Services Managed Telecommunications contract.Programming telephone features using computer-based applications.Handling customer equipment faults and always conscious of the agreed Service Level targets agreed to within the contract.Creating jobs to action all Adds, Moves and Changes for the customers under this contract, whilst keeping our records up to date to ensure accurate billing and reporting is achieved for all activities.
