Providing support and empowerment to long term unemployed. Support includes job goal exploration, CV development and tailoring, assisted job searching, interview techniques and confidence building, skills development and into work support.

Supporting and empowering a diverse range of men from all ethnicities, ages, social groups and religions, though, studying, learning and partaking in work. My main roles were screening and organising support for LDD (learning disabilities and difficulties) and working with the induction and resettlement team. Assisting with marking initial diagnostics and providing requested information for men close to release, such as walk in healthcare, education and recruitment agencies.
