Job Purpose:-To lead in the deployment and support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV Application & LS Retail POS System for Multiple Reward companies-To manage development progress updates and documenting of IT Applications, including hands on project management and consultation to business line- Participate implementation, operation and maintenance of the main business system projects.-To deploy POS system and configure integrate back to HQ for new opening outlet-Working in partnership with Singapore NAV Solution vendor to deliver solution to achieve business objectives-Planning and maintaining enterprise hardware and software-Ability to troubleshoot kind of systems related problems and maintain security of the systemsJob Responsibilities-Review the Application Department Support Plan, Development, proactively suggest improvement application processes-Daily Application Support Services delivered to the business, providing technical support and training ERP end-users.-Determines operational requirements by gathering information from business functions, analyze and translate them into documented design specifications-Improve system by studying current practices, and recommending changes as well managing the change request up to deployment to production server-Ensure UAT Sign off by business process before release to production server-Maintenance computer systems and make sure that all the departments are functioning properly-Plan and manage upgrades of hardware and software systems.

To Manage, implement, and provide regional support for ERP system application packages, and maintain all current system to make sure all system run smoothly.Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.Provide administration for the ERP system, including management of respective modules.Analyze ERP processes and offer recommendations as necessary, assuring data integrity for both data input and reporting capabilities.Manage and coordinate the organization’s use of master files, roles, user views, data control, reporting, and data integrity.Working within the agreed change control procedure, oversee business-driven system enhancements and upgrades to ensure the systems and processes adhere to policies and practices.

Job Responsibilities: Maintenance of System Application inclusive of in-house developed and outsourced.Ensure the smooth running of the system and minimize downtime and interruption.Fine-tune system performance to achieve optimization.Perform troubleshooting and problem solving for ERP Systems (NAV & LS Retail).Providing end-user training to personnel in offices and their outlets and ensuring familiarization of users to new systems or features.

Job Responsibilities: Assists in defining and documenting assigned ERP systems processes and transactions in support of business processes defined by functional unit process. Assist on provide training, prepare user guide, end user support process and update software documentation.

Trained professionals involved in the day-to-day operation of technology applications and equipment. Provide desk-side assistance in resolving technology support issues, installations, repairs, upgrades, backups, and other maintenance tasks.
