CurrentNicholas ("Nick") A. Cipiti has practiced law in the state of California since 1981. His practice involves all types of civil litigation with an emphasis on large, complex cases. Nick practices in the areas of torts, premises and products liability, business litigation, environmental and pollution claims, professional liability, real estate law and construction claims. He has been requested to speak to many clients and insurance carriers on topics involving his areas of practice. Nick has been involved in numerous trials, several binding arbitrations and has mediated hundreds of cases to resolution.While in law school, Nick was a member of the Loyola Law Review from 1979-1980, and was an Associate Editor from 1980-1981. He was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Civil Procedure. Nick was also a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society, as well as Pi Gamma Mu and Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Societies.
