Worked in a dual role in both Sales and Marketing. Primary role was in sales. Made cold calls to potential leads and prospects for both Lead Engine clients and for potential Lead Engine clients. Held monthly meetings with clients to review successes and obstacles. Collaborated with clients to come up with new and better strategies to drive success.Marketing role consisted of project management, video production, content creation and client strategy meetings. Managed a team of up to 5 Account Producers. Our job was to communicate with clients, handle production orders and organize the production orders before passing them on to our production team. We handle multiple clients’ orders and help them to meet their deadlines. On a monthly basis we handle three to five hundred video productions. We assist clients with current productions and work with them on planning future productions.Instrumental in developing processes and procedures that are essential to the success of our Account Producers and Production Team. Created new tools and assets to allow Account Producers to better maximize their productivity.Developed a reputation for leadership due to excellent relationships with clients and employees.
