For the last 18 months of this employment I was responsible for delivering the foundations for the M4 Smart Motorway Project, the largest SMP works in the country, with over 52km of works. I have successfully led the delivery of twelve bridge structures, including an additional lane crossing the River Thames at Bray (junction 8/9). Followed by delivering the gantry works, which had complex logistics issues that needed to be overcome on a daily basis. The works are were completed by a joint venture between Balfour Beatty Ground Engineering and Bachy Soletanche, known as SB3 for which I reported to the board, the contract was an NEC target cost.Prior to the this I was responsible for ensuring the safe and successful delivery of projects throughout the SE of England. I led a team of Project Managers and Engineers delivering projects on-site whilst also providing operational input into pre-construction work.I spent a year providing pre-construction advice for the works on HS2 and helping develop strategies for procurement and value engineering.

Responsible for bidding, project management and contract administration of piling and shoring projects in Southern Alberta. As the senior project manager in the region I was responsible for mentoring junior members of staff and ensuring that they gained a full appreciation of the techniques that Keller Foundations offer to our clients.I was responsible for preparing claims and dealing with all contract matters pertaining to my projects and the junior staff.

Working on various piling projects for Agra Foundations (a Bachy Soletanche company). I managed the majority of the CFA projects in Alberta.Previously I managed a large $40 million project in the UK along the M1 (junction 10-13) installing over 22,000 hollow bar soil nails, over 1600 750mm diameter CFA piles for contiguous walls and 250 gantry CFA piles adjacent to the live carriageway. This is the UK's, and one of Europe's largest soil nail projects to date.I have extensive experience of ground anchors, soil nails and most piling techniques(CFA/CSP/LDA) and the use of polymers.

Responsible for the project management of the CFA piling at the Crossness water treatment plant in south east London relating to the installation of 2000 CFA piles.
