-Coordinate services for International travelers ranging from simple outpatient evaluations to medical evacuation via Air Ambulance -Daily management of up to 115 active cases in transcontinental territories-Work with a global team with offices across the world to ensure members always receive the best care possible -Provide world class service and ensure clients are treated with respect and made a priority no matter how small the request

-Interview Claimant and witnesses to gather pertinent information and process soft tissue claims ($7-$10k) and surgical/ongoing treatment claims ($15-$250)-Evaulate damages to determine compensation amount and liability of claims to accurately budget for short term or long term treatment-Work closely with clients to discuss coverage options and obtain medical bills for claims review-Manage and review over 180 claims monthly-Interface with over 250 clients, attorneys, and/or doctors each month-Responsible for negotiating with claimants to settle claims and issue payout amounts-Promote client confidence with consistent and professional customer service

-Adjusted policies,calculated risk, analyzed and rated up to 175 insurance applications each week-Resolved escalated customer issues to ensure optimal satisfaction and meet monthly retention goals-Trained new hires on billing, policy adjustment, and client engagement-Advised clients to decrease policy value when risk is substandard, declined excessive risks, and authorized policy reinsurance at high risk

-Scheduled daily deliveries across south east PA, southern NJ, and northern DE-Maintained daily spreadsheets mapping deliveries, re deliveries, missing packages, and routes for drivers during daytime shifts-tracked deliveries for customers directly inquiring status of their package-Oversaw daily delivery schedules
