Provide guidance to the Company’s management team and, where requested, to the Board about the development and improvement of the Company with a focus on strategic planning, long term performance, and growth.Responsibilities and duties include:- Advisory on product development, innovation and roadmap- Assist the Company’s leadership team in learning and better understanding what is most important to the Company’s customers and the evolving needs of its customers- Identify major trends in the market and assist the Company on capitalizing and responding to trends- Act as a sounding board on the development of the Company- Provide feedback on the Company’s marketing and sales efforts, and product pricing- Provide feedback on Company implementation of products and customer service- Provide guidance on strategic initiatives
