- Construction work packages and installation work package creation including: technical information, specifications, BOM’s, material verification/approval, SDS’s, JHA’s, ITPs, tools & consumables, work package breakout with hours, schedule, phase codes/components, model shots, contact list- Field change notices with estimates of change in materials/labor/equipment to original SOW to get paid for extra work from client- Subcontractor management: submitting quality/safety documents and scope of work, schedule, RFI’s, supporting construction needs, tracking progress, signing timesheets, change orders- Submitting various RFIs from early job planning to mechanical completion for many areas around the project- Training field engineers and managing a team

- Constant communication with field operations and management to facilitate and provide solutions that meet engineering and project requirements- Coordinate, plan, and lead walkdowns for over 50% of project systems with the client, vendor, subcontractors, and construction supervisors by understanding scope and discipline-specific requirements- Inspection of critical work and preparation of all required quality documentation necessary to provide an accurate and thorough turnover to the client- Begin a project early and spend approximately 1.5 years being involved with and understanding almost every phase of project completion including civil work, concrete placement, mechanical installation, startup and commissioning, and turnover to client- Create quality work packages, each requiring a safe and efficient plan, examination of sub-steps necessary, scheduling, material verification, quality documentation, and consistent monitoring of updates/revision changes to any drawings or documents within the plan
