- Lead the KTM Quality Control Team (of 25 Tibetan and Nepali’s)- Analyzed and improved systems for order processing and development of new methods for communication between Lapchi KTM, Lapchi USA, and client showrooms in North America and Europe. - Designed and pioneered carpet customization modules for Lapchi.com (changing the way custom renderings were created by Lapchi’s clientele). - Oversaw all new order processing, production, and delivery.

- Oversaw design and buildout of Lapchi’s flagship showroom at the Pacific Design Center.- Developed marketing strategy and outreach campaign to Design and Architecture community. - Conducted market research and development of mailing list for top 100 design firms in California and Hawaii. - Marketing and PR including coining the ‘Modern Carpet Culture’ campaign.- Embodied the brand oversaw showroom events for notable dignitary and celebrity clientele.

Portland, Oregon Area

- As Co-founder and managing Director for Texere, responsibilities included outreach to every major carpet showroom in America. - Visited each of these, and succeeded in sales target with 43 of the 45 targeted Showrooms, delivering opening sample and stock orders of $50k-$350k.- Traveled extensively and continually to every major market in the US to develop and maintain business relations. - Exhibited at fairs, setting up the booth spaces and handling all aspects of exhibitions. - Developed and designed marketing material, including coffee table books, tear sheets, and digital media. - Traveled extensively to production facilities in Pakistan and Nepal to improve quality control standards.
