And while my background is technical, my focus is always on delivering successful business outcomes.In my current role as Business Solutions Designer, I work at the critical interface between business and technical teams to elicit requirements, design solutions and lead the delivery process. In effect, I take end-to-end responsibility for solution delivery and quality on critical projects.
