At Nikwax and Paramo, my role as a Company Director, and Director of Change involves strategically identifying opportunities to foster progress and facilitate alignment across divisions. Collaborating cross-functionally, my efforts have contributed in particular to the successful launch of new business models, ensuring profitable growth for the Group.Instrumental in driving key strategic projects and implementing effective changes, my ability to communicate and analyse risks and opportunities clearly has been central to my approach, whilst my experience in project management and delivery has shown results and demonstrated my commitment to driving the business forward.I have a particular interest in different, arguably more sustainable business models, and my experience of employee-ownership and SME manufacturing has meant that I have been able to share this and work with our employees known as Partners to embrace and embed this model. Employees know they are more than just workers - they are stakeholders who all share in the company's success. This approach has led to higher levels of employee engagement, better job satisfaction, and a deeper commitment to the company's goals and values. This has, in turn, driven Nikwax and Paramo's innovation and growth. Fundamental to employee-ownership is the idea that a company's success is deeply intertwined with the well-being and investment of its employees and this is something I continue to strive for in my role as Director of Change.
